- Recruitment & Candidate Workflow Data: For candidates completing an evaluation initiated by an executive recruiter or HR hiring manager, we record invitation tokens, target role benchmarks, and completion timestamps.
- Technical & Telemetry Data: IP address, browser type and version, language preferences, operating system, and diagnostic session markers.

If you take an assessment via an invitation from an employer, hiring manager, or recruitment firm:
The specific sponsoring organization or search firm receives access to your candidate score report and performance dimension breakdown to evaluate role suitability. Your results are never made public or accessible to unrelated third parties.
5. Subprocessors & Data Sharing Protocols
We do not sell, rent, or commercialize your personal information or assessment profiles. We only transfer data to vetted enterprise service providers who maintain equivalent data security standards:
- Google Firebase / Firestore: Secure cloud database and identity infrastructure conforming to ISO 27001 and SOC 2/3 standards.
- Resend: Encrypted transactional email delivery provider used exclusively for delivering your assessment reports.
- Stripe: PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor for paid diagnostic tracks (we never store raw card numbers on our servers).
6. Data Security & Storage Retention
All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 protocols. Databases are stored in secure cloud environments protected by automated vulnerability detection and access controls.
Assessment records are typically retained for up to 36 months to allow historical progress tracking and re-testing comparisons, or until you request account deletion.
