Performance isn't a mystery. It's a measurable pattern.

Decades of psychological research tell us the same story: grit, self-control, planning, and emotional regulation predict achievement better than IQ, charisma, or credentials. Neuro Success Architecture translates that research into a practical, performance-oriented diagnostic 25 hidden-intent questions that surface how a person actually behaves under pressure, not how they describe themselves.

A brass compass on a walnut desk, symbolising precision

Hidden-intent. Performance language. Actionable output.

Traditional personality tests fail at prediction because candidates game them. Neuro Success Architecture uses hidden-intent items statements whose purpose isn't obvious so responses reveal how someone actually operates, not how they want to be seen.

The output speaks in performance, not psychology: an overall Success Architecture %, plus four subscale scores. No jargon. No 40-page report. Just what you need to make the next decision.

What we measure, and why it matters.

Every score rolls up from four evidence-based dimensions of high performance. Each one tells you something different about how a person will show up when the work gets hard.

Grit

Sustained effort toward long-term goals. Predicts follow-through when initial motivation fades the single strongest correlate of achievement across domains.

Self-Control

Capacity to regulate impulses, delay gratification, and stay on-task. The difference between people who start things and people who finish them.

Planning

Forward-looking thinking, structure, and preparation. Separates leaders who operate by design from those who operate by reaction.

Emotional Regulation

Composure under pressure, recovery from setbacks, and the ability to think clearly when the room is tense. Essential for any senior role.

Built for self-knowledge. Proven for hiring.

Neuro Success Architecture began as a tool for entrepreneurs and coaching clients who wanted a performance mirror. It is now being extended into recruitment and HR because the same signal that helps a founder know themselves is the signal that helps a hiring manager choose well.

Neuro Success Architecture is a validated performance measurement methodology developed by Martial A. Peter. It evaluates 25 distinct psychological dimensions to map out a person's performance signature and help close the gap between their ambitions and outcomes.
The Success Factor Quiz is a proprietary, 25-question diagnostic tool designed to measure key performance metrics—specifically grit, self-control, planning, and emotional regulation—to identify growth ceilings and cognitive friction.
Unlike traditional personality tests that use self-description (which candidates can easily game), Neuro Success Architecture uses 'hidden-intent' statements. This measures actual behavior under pressure, rather than how a candidate wishes to be perceived.
The assessment focuses on the four subscales that psychology has proven predict real-world achievement: Grit (sustained effort), Self-Control (impulse regulation), Planning (structure and preparation), and Emotional Regulation (composure and recovery).
Grit measures long-term passion and perseverance. The quiz assesses your capacity to sustain focus and effort toward long-term goals over months or years, even when initial motivation and excitement have faded.
Self-Control measures your day-to-day capacity to delay gratification, regulate immediate impulses, and stay on-task. It helps differentiate those who start projects from those who actually finish them.
